Packaging and Shipping

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to manage our packaging and shipping processes, coordinate order fulfillment through our website, and collect products from our offline shop as well as from the market. A company vehicle will be provided for order collection and deliveries as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Fulfillment:
• Process online orders received via the website.
• Pick and pack products accurately and securely for dispatch.
• Generate and print shipping labels and documentation.
• Packaging:
• Ensure all products are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area.
• Shipping Coordination:
• Coordinate with courier partners for timely pickups and deliveries.
• Track shipments and update order statuses.
• Offline Order Management:
• Collect products from the offline shop and designated suppliers or markets.
• Maintain proper records of collections and deliveries.
• Inventory Support:
• Assist in stock checks and inventory updates as required.
• Report low stock levels to the management team.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in packaging, logistics, e-commerce fulfillment, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic computer skills to manage orders and print labels.
• Ability to lift and move packages as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Valid driving license (vehicle will be provided).
• Reliability and punctuality are essential.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
