About The Role

Project Role :Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer

Project Role Description :Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.
Must have skills :Japanese Language

Good to have skills :Java Enterprise Edition
Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required

Educational Qualification :15 years full time education
Summary:As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will engage in configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications. Your typical day will involve adapting features to meet business requirements, managing application releases, and ensuring the stability of systems. You will utilize standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with organizational needs while maintaining compatibility and performance across various applications.
Roles & Responsibilities

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to enhance user experience.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement effective solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Japanese Language.

Good To Have
Skills:

Experience with Java Enterprise Edition.

Strong understanding of application configuration and support processes.

Familiarity with low-code development platforms and their application in business solutions.

Ability to manage software releases and ensure system stability.
Additional Information

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Japanese Language.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
