Project Role : Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer
Project Role Description : Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.

Summary :As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance across various systems. You will engage with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement effective solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.

Must To Have
Skills:

Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.

Experience with cloud-based data solutions and analytics.

Strong understanding of application configuration and support processes.

Familiarity with low-code development platforms and APIs.

Ability to analyze and optimize system performance.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.

This position is based at our Coimbatore office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
