As a Senior Technical Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the DevOps experience by collaborating closely with customers to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve product-related issues. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a secure and efficient software supply chain. The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in technical support or software development. Key skills required include proficiency in Java/Python, DevOps, Packaged Management, Cloud technologies (AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker), API Integrations, and strong problem-solving abilities. Responsibilities for this position include providing expert-level technical support, troubleshooting complex product issues, building and maintaining third-party integrations, advocating for customer needs, and improving product offerings. Additionally, you will be expected to work in shifts to support global teams across different regions (AMER, APAC, EMEA). Candidates with bonus skills such as AWS Certifications, Open-Source Contributions, API Design (REST, GraphQL), and expertise in Software Packaging & Supply Chain Security are highly desirable.
