Experience Required: You should have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control within the bakery, confectionery, snacks, or packaged food industry. The salary range will be based on your experience. Roles & Responsibilities: Your main responsibilities will include implementing and maintaining quality systems for raw materials, in-process, and final product checks. You will need to conduct daily inspections of production batches, focusing on texture, color, taste, shelf life, and packaging integrity. Monitoring and ensuring hygiene and sanitation protocols are in place will be crucial. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting checks for infestation such as weevils and ensuring proper packaging sealing. You will also assist in developing SOPs and checklists with proper documentation, as well as training line workers and supervisors on quality procedures. Maintaining all quality records, preparing reports for management, and handling customer complaints from a quality perspective will also be part of your role. Key Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in a bakery, snacks, or packaged FMCG setup. A working knowledge of FSSAI regulations and quality norms is essential. Attention to detail and taking ownership of the QC process will be key attributes for this position. You should be proactive rather than reactive. Familiarity with ISO/HACCP and the ability to create SOPs/checklists would be a bonus but not mandatory. Job Type: This is a full-time position. Ability to commute/relocate: You must be able to reliably commute to Faridabad, Haryana, or be willing to relocate before starting work. Education: A diploma is required for this role. Supporting in developing process, introduce new technologies, selecting & commissioning of equipment, organize trials, and organize documentation & validation to get the site approved & thereafter commercialization of projects. • Qualification & Experience: Food technologist (CFTRI or equivalent) Added advantage if the candidate has an exposure in Frozen Food Commercialization. Should be comfortable working in cross functional groups. The person appointed will not have any direct reports and will work through other departments or vendors team. Some exposure in this kind of working will be of an added advantage. Should be willing to travel extensively 3 - 5 years work experience in the packaged food industry within R&D/NPD departments.
