As a Travel Advisor at our company, your main duty will be to create and tailor travel packages according to the preferences of our clients. You should possess a solid grasp of various travel destinations, package structuring, and excellent customer service skills. If you have a basic understanding of flight ticketing, it would be an added advantage. Your responsibilities will include designing personalized travel packages based on client requirements, budget, and travel dates. You will need to offer expert advice on destinations, accommodations, and activities, and communicate effectively with clients to gauge their travel needs and recommend suitable packages. Coordinating with hotels, transport providers, and tour operators to ensure seamless trip execution will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing package bookings, modifications, cancellations, and providing assistance with basic flight ticketing when necessary. Keeping yourself informed about travel trends, visa regulations, and promotional deals will be crucial. We are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in handling travel packages, a comprehensive understanding of both international and domestic travel spots, and preferably previous work experience in a travel agency. Proficiency in MS Office tools and travel booking systems is essential, and any background knowledge in airline ticketing will be advantageous.
