As a Lead Salesforce Developer with a focus on Experience Cloud & Integration, you should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration. Your primary responsibility will be to work with Salesforce Technologies such as Salesforce CRM, Apex Language, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, SOQL, Visual Force Pages, Workflow & Approvals, Dashboards, Custom Objects, Package Installations, Email Templates, Formulas, Validation Rules, and AppExchange Apex Data Loader. In addition, you must hold the Salesforce Platform Developer 1 (PD1) Certification and have at least 1 year of experience in Salesforce Lightning web component development. Your proficiency in programming languages such as APEX, Core Java, and JavaScript is crucial, with 3-5 years of experience in these languages. Experience with tools like Force.com IDE, Apex Data Loader, ANT, and AutoRABIT is required, with a preference for Agile methodology and experience in SAFe methodology. Strong communication and collaborative skills are essential as you will be working in an onshore/offshore support model, collaborating with offshore teams.
