Job Description

Responsibilities:

Create detailed requirement specifications based on architecture, design principles, and business process understanding.
Gather business requirements and provide both conceptual and detailed solution designs to meet organizational needs.
Lead and support SAP HANA FIN VIM solution selection, implementation, configuration, testing, and rollout activities.
Conduct fit-gap analysis, prepare implementation plans, and support post-implementation operations.
Manage multiple projects of varying sizes either as a lead or key team member.
Translate business requirements into effective technical and functional solutions.
Prepare and conduct unit testing and user acceptance testing to ensure solution quality.
Collaborate with teams to prioritize work and drive system improvements effectively based on business priorities.
Demonstrate strong change management capability with effective time management and resilience under pressure.
Contribute to team outcomes through strong interpersonal skills and collaborative working.
