Package Consultant Oracle Cloud HCM Time & Labor

You have been selected for the position of Package Consultant Oracle Cloud HCM Time & Labor with a required experience of 5-7 years. The work mode for this role is Hybrid / Remote with a budget of 25 LPA. Your primary skills should include expertise in Oracle HCM Time & Labor, OTL Design & Configuration, Time & Attendance Processes such as Time Entry, Approvals, Absences, Schedules, Integrations. Additionally, you should be proficient in Documentation including FS, Configuration Workbook, Functional Testing covering CRP, SIT, Test Scripts, and UAT Management. The location for this job is in Gurgaon. Key Responsibilities: - Design and configure Oracle HCM Time & Labor - Manage Time & Attendance Processes like Time Entry, Approvals, Absences, Schedules, and Integrations - Create and maintain Documentation including FS, Configuration Workbook - Conduct Functional Testing such as CRP, SIT, and Test Scripts - Oversee UAT Management Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - 5-7 years of experience in Oracle HCM Time & Labor - Proficiency in OTL Design & Configuration - Strong understanding of Time & Attendance Processes - Experience in Functional Testing methodologies - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Please note that the work location is in Gurgaon City, Haryana.
