Experience of D365 or AX 2012 Finance implementations and support/Finance Functional.
Responsible for defining the solution blueprint for the Microsoft Dynamics solution
(addressing all high-level business and technical requirements).
Providing on site and off site consulting services and support to Dynamics clients(go-live and post-implementation).
Perform basic configurations and security setups.
Provides first level support to clients and troubleshoots solution issues as needed
Required education
Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

Definition of business, technical (good to have), and architectural requirements.
Recognizes any inconsistencies, assumptions, and critical elements that must in an Enterprise solution

Understands and adheres to all Project Plan and Scope documents developed by Project Managers.
Executes Project Task items in accordance with defined Project timeline.
Provides timely feedback to Project Managers and/or clients.
