Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Manager International Business Development located in Gurugram. He/she will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to expand the company's international market portfolio. Daily tasks include, but not limited to: Identifying New International Business opportunities. Conducting Market research, Competition analysis, Product-price benchmarking. Managing and Growing existing Client Portfolio. Developing Actionable Business plans. Achieving/ Exceeding the Business Targets which are allocated. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operational work flow. Requirements: 10-12 years of Experience in International Business Development. Experience in Pharmaceuticals Primary Packing Desirable but not Mandatory. Candidates from Pharmaceuticals Sales/ API/ CDMO preferred. Having Good Industry Relationships across International Geographies. Experienced in Managing Global Partnerships. Strong Client Management skills. Strategic thinking and Analytical skills. Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work across cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Foreign Trade, or a related field. Well versed in collating data and generating MIS. Willingness to Travel Internationally. Strong Understanding of Export Operations.
