🚀 We’re Hiring: Air Freight Coordinator Join our logistics team and help move global trade forward! As an Export Air Freight Coordinator , you’ll manage international shipments, ensure compliance, and deliver top-notch service to our customers. What You’ll Do: ✈️ Book and track air freight shipments from pickup to delivery 📑 Prepare and review export/import documents (AWBs, invoices, AES filings) 🤝 Communicate with customers, carriers, and partners to keep shipments on schedule ✅ Ensure US compliance with IATA, TSA, CBP, and trade regulations 📦 Coordinate with warehouse and truckers for smooth cargo handling What We’re Looking For: 2+ years in air freight forwarding or logistics operations Knowledge of IATA, TSA, and export/import regulations Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service mindset If you’re detail-oriented, customer-focused, and passionate about logistics, we’d love to hear from you! 📩 Apply today and help us keep the world moving.
