You will be engaged in coding, testing, and demonstrating proficiency in Stored Procedures. Additionally, your role will involve interfacing with different systems, implementing solutions, and providing necessary support. It will be crucial for you to document system processes effectively and manage tasks independently. Moreover, you should be prepared for on-call responsibilities as per the job requirements. To excel in this role, you must possess a minimum of 6 years of relevant IT work experience focusing on addressing user technology issues. A solid grasp of Microsoft/PC fundamentals is essential along with the ability to work beyond regular business hours to handle implementations and resolve technical issues promptly. Rotating on-call duties will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, a minimum of 4 years of educational qualification is required for this position.
