About the Role: We're looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for identifying and forging strategic partnerships with other brands and business institutions. Your primary goal will be to represent Pacayafog and our diverse event offerings, discussing potential collaborations that drive mutual growth and success. No: Openings: 2 Experience: above 2 years Key Responsibilities: Brand Outreach: Proactively identify and connect with representatives from other brands, businesses, and institutions that could benefit from associating with Pacayafog's events. Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with potential partners through effective communication and consistent follow-up. Partnership Discussions: Conduct engaging meetings and presentations to discuss Pacayafog's event portfolio and explore mutually beneficial association opportunities. Needs Assessment: Understand the marketing and business objectives of potential partners to tailor partnership proposals that align with their goals. Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling and customized partnership proposals. Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations and secure partnership agreements, ensuring terms are favorable and aligned with company objectives. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential partnership opportunities. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and progress towards targets. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnership management , ideally within the events, media, or related industries. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills . Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities . A self-starter with a proactive approach and a passion for building relationships. Ability to understand business needs and articulate value propositions clearly. Familiarity with the local business landscape in Kochi and Kerala is a plus.
