Job Title: HR Manager Location: Chandigarh sector 17 Industry: Pharma Distribution Experience: 4–8 years Job Type: Full Time --- Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Payroll & Statutory Compliance Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing through software/spreadsheets. Ensure timely and accurate deductions and deposits of PF, ESI, TDS. Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory returns (PF, ESI, PT, etc.). Coordinate with external consultants/auditors for labor compliance. 🔹 Employee Lifecycle Management Manage recruitment, onboarding, and induction of new employees. Maintain employee master database and personnel files. Handle employee exits, full & final settlements, and exit interviews. 🔹 Attendance & Leave Management Monitor and manage attendance systems (biometric/manual). Maintain leave records and generate monthly reports for payroll input. 🔹 HR Policies & Documentation Draft, update, and enforce company policies. Ensure employee code of conduct, leave policy, and disciplinary actions are followed. 🔹 Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling Plan employee engagement activities. Address employee concerns and ensure a healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping for multiple stores. Handle accounts payable & receivable, bank reconciliation, and petty cash. Manage store-level stock reconciliation and support inventory accuracy. Prepare and verify invoices, debit/credit notes, and vendor payments. Ensure timely GST, TDS, and statutory compliance. Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements, expense analysis, and financial reports. Support audits and maintain accurate financial documentation.
