We specialize in crafting personalized digital experiences, and we’re now expanding our Marketing Cloud capabilities. We're looking for a passionate and skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to join our team and lead the execution of cross-channel campaigns, automation workflows, and customer journeys. Key Responsibilities: Build and manage campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio). Write and optimize AMPscript for personalized content. Create and manage Data Extensions, SQL queries, filters, and segmentation logic. Design customer journeys with Journey Builder, including triggers and decision splits. Monitor, test, and report on campaign performance metrics. Collaborate with developers, designers, and CRM stakeholders for end-to-end campaign execution. Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Proficient in AMPscript, SQL, and automation tools within SFMC. Good understanding of email marketing principles, segmentation, and deliverability best practices. Hands-on experience with Contact Builder and Journey Builder. Strong communication and analytical skills. Bonus Skills (Nice to Have): Experience with Mobile Studio, Cloud Pages, or Personalization (Interaction Studio). Knowledge of REST/SOAP API integrations with SFMC. Salesforce certifications (e.g. Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Developer). What We Offer: Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
