We primarily serve Indians living abroad, so you will handle inbound calls from clients based overseas. Training: 1 month of GDS (Global Distribution System) and on-the-job training to ensure you are fully equipped to handle client inquiries and bookings. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls from clients regarding their travel needs and convert inquiries into bookings. Assist clients with flight arrangements and address any issues or concerns. Maintain high standards of customer service through active listening and effective persuasion. Follow up on leads and recommend additional services to enhance the overall client experience. Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Strong active listening skills to understand and address client needs. Persuasive abilities to guide clients in making informed travel decisions. Punctuality and reliability are essential. Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage, but not required(confident freshers are welcome) Desired Candidate Profile 0-1 years of experience in service industry/sales (confident freshers are welcome). Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Strong convincing power and selling skills for upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
