Role & Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls from overseas clients (primarily Indians living abroad) related to Australian travel bookings. Understand client travel needs and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings . Make flight arrangements using GDS (post-training) and provide after-booking support. Deliver exceptional customer service through active listening and effective communication. Preferred Candidate Profile: Experience: 02 years in travel sales, customer service, or related fields. Confident freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply. Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi is essential. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Skills: Strong active listening and problem-solving skills. Good persuasion and sales aptitude to convert leads into bookings. Personality Traits: Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated. Comfortable with working in 24x7 shift (for females no night shift) Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic team environment
