PA to the Founder

As a Personal Assistant to the Founder at RedAsh Films, your primary responsibility will be to provide full-time non-strategic support to the Founder by managing administrative, operational, and time-consuming tasks. Your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of the Founder's schedule, allowing them to focus on key business activities. To excel in this position, you must maintain absolute confidentiality, possess excellent coordination skills, and approach daily responsibilities with discipline. - Manage the Founder's calendar, appointments, and reminders - Answer all incoming calls and maintain follow-up logs - Act as a communication gatekeeper to minimize distractions - Maintain confidential daily and monthly records of expenses and income - Coordinate with the Chartered Accountant for monthly filings - Supervise and follow up with office support staff - Handle travel bookings, meeting coordination, and hospitality needs - Organize the Founder's day-to-day logistical requirements - File documents, scan and organize paperwork, and manage office records - Run routine errands such as courier dispatches and procurement - Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all business and personal matters - Execute all miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the Founder - 2 to 5 years of experience in a Personal Assistant, Secretary, or Administrative role (preferred) - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Fluent in both English and Hindi (spoken and written) - Familiarity with Google Calendar, Excel, email drafting, and task tracking - Emotionally intelligent, discreet, and respectful of boundaries - Willing to work full-time from the office in Andheri West, Mumbai,
