Job Purpose 1. Shoulder managerial role of envisaging the scope, timeline in line with business requirement and adherence to the regulations such as RERA, OC etc. 2. Carry out SAP related transactions for generating purchase / service request(s) structures. 16. Assist Finance, Sales, and Liaison to forecast projected progress for funds / customer-billing / approvals respectively. 17. Look for, propose, and implement innovative construction methods / materials to be adopted for faster quality construction. 18. Champion Lean Construction Principles in execution of projects. 19. Explore new methodology available in the market and suggest changes for improving existing construction technology followed at site. Preferred candidate profile M. E/M.Tech, B.E/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering Should possess 6 - 11 years of planning experience in large construction projects (preferably residential multi-storey apartment complex / townships). Should have hands on experience in modern construction technologies, planning various activities of the projects coordinating with all departments including micro planning and budgeting. Working knowledge in MS Projects and or Primavera essential.
