What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities): Market Engagement: Strategically visit and engage with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions to introduce the IMPACT platform. Product Presentation & Demonstration: Deliver compelling, tailored presentations and live demonstrations of our EdTech platform to principals, coordinators, and key decision-makers, effectively articulating our unique value proposition. Lead Nurturing & Conversion: Proactively manage a robust sales pipeline, meticulously follow up on leads generated, and successfully convert product demos into subscriptions and long-term client partnerships. Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong, lasting relationships with both prospective and existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and fostering loyalty. Market Feedback & Collaboration: Serve as a crucial link between the market and our product development team, providing invaluable feedback for the continual improvement and evolution of IMPACT. Communication & Presentation Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a strong ability to deliver engaging and persuasive presentations. Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel extensively locally and regionally for school visits and client meetings is essential. Drive & Customer Focus: Self-motivated, highly organized, results-driven, and possess a strong customer-centric approach.
