As a part of the Snowflake team, you will play a crucial role in supporting systems improvements and streamlining financial processes. We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated individual with a proven track record in managing multiple responsibilities effectively and meeting strict deadlines. In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will be a key contributor to our high-growth organization. In this role at Snowflake, your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in the design, development, and testing of system enhancements and implementations, including creating Business Requirement Documents (BRD). - Supporting end-to-end transformation initiatives across various finance functions such as transactional processes, financial reporting, forecasting, controls, and compliance. - Developing use cases and test scripts based on project requirements and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and related documentation. - Coordinating with cross-functional teams, tracking and resolving issues, and partnering with the IT team for UAT, testing, and issue resolution. - Collaborating with business users and cross-functional teams to identify process gaps and problems, and contributing to ongoing process improvements. To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess: - A Chartered Accountancy or Finance-related degree. - 4-8 years of experience in finance operations, transformation, or system implementation roles, preferably in a global or matrixed organization. - Strong knowledge of P2P workflows, vendor management, invoice processing, and financial controls. - Ability to build relationships across the organization, work well under tight deadlines, and approach problem-solving from both system and accounting perspectives. - Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and proactive work management abilities. - Flexibility to adapt to changes in a dynamic organizational structure and business processes, and willingness to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment. - Outstanding presentation and communication skills to effectively convey business requirements to technical audiences. - Advanced proficiency in Excel, with knowledge of SQL being a plus, and experience with RPA tools like Power Automate and/or UiPath. - Availability to work in EMEA hours or adjust to project needs as required.
