The Sales Tele will be responsible for daily tasks that include reaching out to potential and existing customers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. This role will also involve providing training to new team members, managing sales activities, and collaborating with the sales management team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proven Sales experience and the ability to achieve sales targets Experience with Training new team members Knowledge of Sales Management practices Ability to work collaboratively with team members Excellent organizational and time-management skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus Previous experience in a tele-sales role is preferred
