As a professional in Identity Solutions, you will be responsible for designing and building solutions in collaboration with engineering, product, and other stakeholders. Your role will involve architecting solutions and shaping system designs. You will implement solutions according to specifications while ensuring performance, maintainability, and security. Additionally, you will be required to maintain systems by addressing emerging functional, security, or performance issues. Ensuring scalable architecture and managing specifications for maintaining hardened systems and containers will be part of your responsibilities. Designing and implementing robust automation strategies for maintaining systems, images, releases, and testing will also be crucial. Collaborating with IT Operations and security teams to ensure ongoing compliance with security will be essential. You will also be involved in utilising and managing optimised CI/CD pipelines and supporting security incident investigations related to CIAM. Furthermore, you will partner with Product and Architecture teams to define and design CIAM solutions that align with business objectives. Providing feedback and guidance on how CIAM impacts organizational initiatives will be part of your role. To excel in this position, you should have authoritative knowledge of Identity and Access Management Technology or Cybersecurity. Extensive knowledge of identity proofing, verification, fraud prevention, and detection technologies is required. Familiarity with IAM protocols such as OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0, FIDO, and SCIM is essential. Experience with IAM and Cybersecurity concepts like Single Sign-On, Multi-Factor Authentication, Directories, API Gateways, SOA Services, threat detection, and configuring CIAM solutions using Ping Federate and Ping Directory is preferred. Understanding modern software engineering and architecture concepts including end-to-end test automation, CI/CD pipelines (Github Actions), and RESTful web services is crucial. Successful candidates should have proven experience in problem-solving within complex domains. Proactively identifying and managing risks, displaying courage, and providing constructive feedback will be valued in this role.,
