Desired Candidate Profile: Possess an M.Sc./MS or Ph.D. in Agriculture with a specialization in Soil Science, Agronomy, Food Science, or Food Technology from a recognized university. 15 years of teaching experience in an academic or industry setting. Strong foundational knowledge of agronomic principles, with the ability to apply this expertise in both teaching and research. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with students, colleagues, and external partners.
