Role & responsibilities Assist in conducting statutory audits, internal audits, and surprise audits under the guidance of seniors. Perform vouching, ledger scrutiny, sampling, and verification of supporting documents . Assist in stock, cash, and fixed-asset physical verification at client locations. Help prepare working papers, audit schedules, and documentation as per firms audit methodology. Preferred candidate profile Education: Pursuing or completed B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / CMA Inter or any equivalent commerce background. Knowledge Base: Basic understanding of accounting principles, audit procedures, GST, TDS, and financial statements. Technical Skills: Good command over MS Excel , Word, and basic data analysis. Familiarity with accounting software (Tally/ERP) will be an added advantage. Personal Attributes: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal abilities. High level of integrity, professionalism, and willingness to maintain confidentiality. Ability to follow instructions and work accurately. Work Approach: Willing to learn and adapt to a fast-paced work environment. Comfortable travelling to client locations for audits. Ability to manage deadlines and multitask effectively. Experience: Freshers are welcome. Prior internship or exposure in accounting/audit will be an added advantage.
