We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our business in Mysuru city. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in industrial product or solution sales, and a solid understanding of how to work with factories, industries, or B2B customers. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the industrial segment Build strong relationships with manufacturing units and industrial clients Meet sales targets through direct sales and project-based selling Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and customers Coordinate with internal teams (service, logistics, accounts) to ensure smooth order execution Requirements: Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business (preferred) 2+ years of experience in industrial sales only need apply (electrical, HVAC, Fire Safety, IoT, mechanical, MEP, automation, tools are preferred) Experience dealing with industries in and around Mysuru is must Good communication and negotiation skills Ability to travel locally with own vehicle Basic knowledge of MS Office
