Job Summary: We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, drainage systems, and more. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, site experience, and a good understanding of construction standards and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: Plan, design, and manage construction projects from start to finish. Interpret construction drawings, technical specifications, and project plans. Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure work is progressing as per schedule and quality standards. Estimate materials, costs, labor, and project timelines. Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and other engineers. Ensure compliance with legal and safety standards at the construction site. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and documentation. Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties or problems at the site. Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure design specifications are met. Assist in procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering. 1–5 years of experience in construction or civil engineering projects (varies based on role level). Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant software. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Good communication and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Willingness to work on-site in remote or project locations if needed. Preferred Qualifications (Optional): Experience in [specify area, e.g., residential buildings, infrastructure, highways, PEB, etc.]. Knowledge of quantity surveying, billing, and project management tools. Valid driver’s license (for site travel if required).
