ob Summary: We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Executive to manage our online presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and audience engagement to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, to increase brand visibility and audience interaction. Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices to optimize content performance. Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall brand strategy. Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure success and optimize campaigns. Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). Work with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach and engagement. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and industry news. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social). Experience with social media advertising and analytics tools (Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creativity and the ability to generate engaging content. Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools) are a plus.
