Key Responsibilities: Provide rapid assessment and first-line treatment to emergency and trauma patients. Perform triage and ensure timely stabilization of critical cases. Assist doctors in emergency procedures, wound care, and resuscitation. Administer medications, IV fluids, and oxygen therapy as per protocols. Monitor vital signs and patient condition continuously. Handle medical equipment (defibrillators, monitors, oxygen systems, etc.). Coordinate with ambulance and referral hospitals for patient transfer when required. Maintain detailed patient records and incident reports as per guidelines. Ensure compliance with infection control, hygiene, and safety standards.
