Role & responsibilities Pulp Mill Caters Pulp to Paper Machines . Handle Continuous Operation of Pulp Mill starting from Chipper House, Fiberline (Cooking, Washing & Screening and Bleaching), Chlorine Dioxide Plant, Oxygen Plant, Wetlap machine is very crucial. To monitor each section in Pulp Mill, requires good technical knowledge along with man management for coordination in between section. Responsible for smooth operation of Pulp Mill Responsible for quality and quantity of Pulp production Coordination with engineering team for maintenance activities to be carried out Responsible for maintaining the equipments in coordination with service team. Follow all safety rules and practice at all time Production planning to achieve the quantity & quality of Pulp as per target Proper planning for planned shut Coordination with engineering team, cross functional team for smooth functioning of dept. Ensure safety, ISO, 5S, EnMS systems in dept. Projects for continual improvements in terms of reduction of chemicals, steam, power, water etc. Preferred candidate profile Good knowledge on Continuous Digester operation, DD washers, Twin Roll Press, Knowledge on ClO2 plant and cryogenic Oxygen generation plants Production planning Shut down planning to avoid unplanned shuts Knowledge on SAP Good Communication skills
