The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all fee transactions and ensuring smooth communication with parents and guardians. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in school with proficiency in typing , advanced Excel , and Tally for financial management. Key Responsibilities : Collect school fees from parents and guardians in a timely and professional manner. Maintain accurate records of fee transactions, ensuring all payments are recorded and receipts are provided. Process fee payments using Tally software and ensure data accuracy. Use Excel to generate reports and track fee collection progress. Follow up with parents on overdue payments, addressing any inquiries or issues related to fees. Coordinate with the school administration team for fee-related documentation and reports. Ensure confidentiality and security of all financial information. Prepare and send reminders or notices for upcoming or overdue payments. Handle any discrepancies in fee payments or record-keeping, ensuring quick resolutions. Assist in maintaining the fee database and ensure all records are updated regularly. Managing front End Desk in the morning Required Skills & Qualifications : 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in fee collection, finance, or similar roles. Strong typing speed and accuracy. Advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data analysis). Proficient in Tally for accounting and financial transactions.
