Roles and Responsibilities Operate VMC machine to produce high-quality parts with minimal errors. Read engineering drawings, technical drawings, and GD&T specifications to program the machine accurately. Select appropriate tools and fixtures for machining operations based on part requirements. Handle instruments such as Vernier calipers, Micrometer, Height gauge, etc. with precision. Troubleshoot minor issues related to machine operation and report them to team leaders or supervisors. Desired Candidate Profile Proficiency in reading engineering drawings, technical drawings, G Code programming, M Code programming, Fanuc Control operation.

Responsibilities: * Prepare financial reports using Tally ERP software * Maintain accurate accounting records * Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations * Manage accounts payable/receivable cycle Health insurance Provident fund

Roles and Responsibilities Conduct quality inspections using various measuring instruments such as Vernier caliper, Micrometer, Height gauge, Contour tracer, Profile projector, Gauges etc. Read drawings and perform raw material inspection to ensure compliance with specifications. Perform final inspection of products before packing to ensure defect-free output. Operate CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) for dimensional checking of parts. Ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures and maintain accurate records.

Roles and Responsibilities Program and set up Citizen Machine Cincom A20 and Sliding Head machines. Utilize Fanuc control systems and other relevant software tools to create machine program. Operate Citizen Machine Cincom A20, Fanuc Control, and other similar equipment. Perform setting activities on machines to ensure optimal performance. Conduct machine programming using various software tools. Troubleshoot issues with machinery and implement solutions to minimize downtime. Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets. Desired Candidate Profile Proficiency in operating sliding head machines like Citizen Machine Cincom A20. Strong understanding of machine setting procedures for optimal performance.
