As a Workday Integrations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and developing Workday integrations under the guidance of the Integrations Lead. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation of existing integrations while contributing to the design and implementation of new integrations. You will be an integral part of the Business Systems team, collaborating closely with stakeholders from HR and Finance departments. Your key responsibilities will include managing Workday system integrations within the architecture of Business Systems and middleware. This involves making changes to existing integrations, designing and building new integrations, and conducting routine break/fix support and regression testing. You will also be responsible for incident management, ongoing integration monitoring, and translating functional specifications into technical requirements. To excel in this role, you should have experience with Workday implementation tools such as Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Studio, and Workday Report Writer. Proficiency in Web Services and APIs like WSDL, SOAP, REST, and WS standards is essential. Additionally, strong knowledge of interface, networking, and data warehousing technologies, as well as relational database technologies and performance tuning, will be beneficial. You should hold a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technical field or possess an equivalent combination of training and work experience. With at least 4 years of experience in interface architecture, you should demonstrate strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with various teams and stakeholders to meet their demands and ensure seamless integration operations. Your deliverables will include providing support to the Integrations team, troubleshooting existing integrations, monitoring their performance, and contributing to the continuous improvement of Workday integrations. By actively participating in change management and enhancement initiatives within the Workday area, you will play a vital role in optimizing integration processes and enhancing overall system efficiency.,
