We are looking for a dedicated leader with a passion for personnel management, development, and quality - possessing the ability to create a sense of security and clarity in a busy and interdisciplinary setting. Your responsibilities as a unit manager will include overseeing a monitoring unit with 4 beds, an emergency department, and a day surgery unit with 6 beds. The unit receives patients from both medical and surgical fields, with high activity levels, complex issues, and a wide range of professional expertise. You will lead approximately 35 employees, working closely with operations and receiving strong support from the assistant unit manager and the professional development nurse.,
