This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, manage resources, and support strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to enhance productivity. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to industry regulations, company policies, and security protocols. Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports for management review. Project Support: Assist in planning and execution of IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. Team Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, and finance teams to align operational strategies with business objectives. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, IT Management, or a related field. 1-2+ years of experience in operations or IT management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management tools and ERP systems. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
