Key Responsibilities: Supervise overall functioning and administration of the boys hostel. Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all hostel residents. Maintain discipline, resolve conflicts, and enforce hostel rules and regulations. Monitor student attendance, in/out timings, and curfews. Oversee cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of hostel premises and rooms. Coordinate with housekeeping, security, catering, and maintenance staff. Maintain records of students, complaints, visitors, and inventories. Be available on call for emergencies or student-related issues 24/7 (if residential). Liaise with parents/guardians when required. Support students personal development, mental well-being, and discipline. Conduct periodic room inspections and surprise checks. Assist in organizing hostel activities and cultural events. Report major issues to management or relevant authorities. Eligibility Criteria: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Education preferred). Prior experience (2+ years) as a warden or in a supervisory role in a hostel or residential institution. Age: [Insert preferred range if any, e.g., 3050 years] Should be physically fit and mentally strong to handle young students and stressful situations.
