As an Enterprise Deal Lead at CitiusTech, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of healthcare and positively impacting human lives. You will be part of an Agile team dedicated to building healthcare applications and implementing new features while maintaining the highest coding development standards. Your responsibilities will include solutioning for large deals, supporting the creation and execution of these deals, leading the development of differentiated solutions for complex deals, and mentoring Solution Architects and Subject Matter Experts. You will engage with senior clients to explore opportunities and define desired business outcomes, as well as support customers in envisioning how solutions can enhance their business operations. In addition, you will work closely with sales teams to translate business problems into IT solutions, qualify opportunities, and ensure that solutions align with customer needs and business requirements. Your role will also involve demonstrating the business value of proposed solutions to customers, identifying solution themes, and collaborating with matrixed teams to deliver high-quality proposals.
