Job Title - Overseas Education Counsellor
Location: Somajiguda, Onsite

Global Degrees is a leading overseas education consultancy guiding students toward their higher education dreams abroad. We are looking for a Senior Counselor who not only advises students but also drives results through sales conversions, relationship management, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities -

• Counsel students on study opportunities in USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand, France, Germany, and Ireland, Germany, and Ireland.
• Handle walk-ins, leads, and inquiries, and convert them into successful enrolments.
• Guide students through the complete admission cycle: course selection, applications, visa, and documentation.
• Conduct seminars, webinars, and info sessions to attract new prospects.
• Mentor and support junior counselors to improve conversion ratios.
• Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner universities.

Requirements -

• 4–7 years of proven experience in counseling/advising within overseas education.
• Strong sales orientation with the ability to achieve and exceed targets.
• Knowledge of the end-to-end overseas education process (applications, SOPs, visas).
• Experience using CRM/lead management tools is preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
