Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Overseas Student Counsellor, based in Kochi. The primary responsibilities include providing comprehensive guidance to students on their overseas education plans, conducting career and academic counseling, and assisting students with the application and visa processes. The role also involves engaging with students and parents, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive and supportive experience throughout their journey.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of Education systems and processes
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and provide individualized support to students
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
• Relevant experience in education consultation or student counseling is a plus
