Position: Overseas Education Counsellor
Experience: 0-5 Years of Experience Required

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance to students and parents regarding study abroad opportunities, university selection, courses, and admission requirements.
• Counsel students on application processes, visa procedures, and financial aid options.
• Assist students in preparing necessary documents such as SOPs, LORs, and resumes.
• Conduct follow-ups via calls, emails, and in-person meetings to support students throughout the admission journey.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application progress.
• Stay updated with the latest study abroad trends, scholarships, and university updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for students.
• Participate in webinars, seminars, and workshops to promote study abroad programs.

Key Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to understand student needs and provide personalized guidance.
• Basic knowledge of international education systems and visa processes (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive and goal-oriented approach to work.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Freshers with a passion for the education sector are encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience in student counselling, sales, or customer service is a plus.
