Job Responsibilities Handle Air Export operations , ensuring timely and efficient cargo movement Manage coordination with overseas agents and partners for smooth shipment execution Liaise with shippers/clients , providing regular updates on shipment status Coordinate with airlines and IATA agents for: Rate negotiation Booking cargo space Shipment planning Maintain strong contacts with airlines, IATA agents, and co-loaders to secure competitive rates Manage overseas communication , including sending Pre-Alerts to overseas agents and shippers Prepare and manage export documentation , including: MAWB / HAWB (manually and via CargoWise/SAP) Handle billing processes for local shippers and overseas agents Prepare the Daily Status Report (DSR) / MIS for air shipments Verify and check necessary export documentation before dispatch Conduct shipment tracking and monitoring for all air export consignments Handle post-shipment documentation in compliance with requirements Coordinate with Customs House Agents (CHA) for air export clearance and shipment updates
