Your primary responsibilities will include editing raw footage and graphic designs to create engaging match highlights, social media snippets, and YouTube videos. You will also be responsible for producing pre-match promos, post-match analysis visuals, and fan-engagement videos. It is essential to have knowledge of platforms such as YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and others to create content that resonates with the audience. Collaboration with marketing, graphic design, and social media teams is crucial to ensure the delivery of on-brand content. As part of the video production process, you will be involved in planning, shooting (if necessary), editing, sound mixing, and publishing. Utilizing graphics, motion elements, and transitions will be key in enhancing the storytelling aspect of the videos. Efficient management and organization of media assets are essential to maintain streamlined project workflows. Keeping abreast of industry trends, technology standards, social media developments, competitive landscape, and market trends is important to create relevant and engaging content. The ability to work under tight deadlines, particularly during live cricket seasons and tournaments, is a vital aspect of this role. Key skills and competencies required for this position include proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro X, etc. Knowledge of motion graphics, visual effects tools like Adobe After Effects, Canva Pro, audio/video editing, syncing, storyboarding, visual storytelling, thumbnail and overlay design is essential. A strong portfolio showcasing your work and a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field, along with 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, are preferred qualifications for this role.,
