As an RCM AR Caller with 2-4 years of experience in US Healthcare medical billing located in Koregaon Park, Pune, you will be responsible for handling various tasks related to medical billing processes during night shifts. Working hours will be 8-9 hours per day, Monday to Friday, starting at 8 PM. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Being willing to work night shifts and having proficiency in written and spoken English. - Demonstrating proficiency in using computers, latest OS systems, and application software. - Possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Exhibiting strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. - Working efficiently in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. You will be required to have experience in medical billing processes such as: - Strong knowledge of various types of insurance plans. - Conducting eligibility verification and handling prior authorizations. - Following up on submitted claims and resolving any issues. Basic knowledge of RCM and experience in AR calling are essential for this role. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with night shifts and have experience in international BPO voice/non-voice processes.
