As a Senior Operations Manager at Open Destinations Limited, you will be responsible for overseeing key customer accounts, formulating strategies, improving performance, selecting and retaining talent, and ensuring compliance. Your role will involve mentoring team members, enhancing the quality of customer service, and implementing best practices at all levels. Working closely with a team of 6-10 Operations Managers and managing a total span of 160-200 FTEs, you will lead day-to-day operations, ensure customer satisfaction, manage operational risks, and drive process improvements. Your duties and responsibilities will include operations management in line with client SLAs, client management to deliver value, grow operations, and renew contracts, risk management to identify and mitigate operational risks, process improvement to enhance business processes, and staff development to coach and mentor team members for leadership pipeline development. To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record of at least 8-10 years in senior leadership roles within Customer Service operations management. Strong client management skills, business development acumen, industry knowledge, and leadership qualities are essential. Proficiency in process improvement methodologies, strategic thinking, and data analysis is required to make informed decisions and drive operational excellence. An understanding of outsourcing operations functions like QA, Training, and MIS will be beneficial. Preferred skills include experience in the travel or tour operator business, while educational qualifications of a Bachelor's degree in any field (Master's degree is a plus) are required. Your Mission: As the Head of Supply Chain and Logistics, you will lead the development of a world-class sourcing and distribution network. Your strategic oversight will ensure timely, high-quality delivery of products worldwide, while fostering innovation, operational excellence, and resilience across our supply chain. Key Responsibilities: Lead Global Supply Chain and outsourcing operations, with a focus on providing all final products to USA and LATAM markets. Achieve 98%+ OTIF (On-Time In-Full) delivery across all SKUs and ancillary products. Source from qualified, cost-effective suppliers, continuously improving margins. Design and implement efficient, scalable logistics models from vendor to end user. Maintain inventory levels at or below 30 days-on-hand at partner locations. Lead strategic sourcing, supplier development, and contract negotiations. Oversee demand and capacity planning, inventory optimization, and cost control. Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and customs requirements in the Americas. Build and mentor a high-performance operations team across geographies. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (MBA or Master’s in Operations preferred). 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior role. Proven success in strategic sourcing, supplier partnerships, and global logistics. Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, packaging, or food-related industries. Strong knowledge of managerial accounting, cost modeling, and quality assurance systems. Familiarity with technology-driven supply models and continuous improvement practices.
