Patent Paralegal (Remote or On-site) We are seeking an experienced Patent Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with patent filings, docketing, and managing U.S. and international patent prosecution matters. Key Responsibilities File U.S. utility and design patent applications Prepare and file Information Disclosure Statements (IDS) Prepare ADS, Declarations, Assignments, and related forms for utility and design applications Draft template responses for attorney review and file responses to Office Actions Process and manage routine correspondence from the USPTO, foreign associates, and clients Review and verify docket entries and deadlines Assist with data verification reports, status reports, and Customer Number issues Process transferred-in patent files Provide backup support for team members as needed Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Proven experience in patent docketing Proficiency with AppColl docketing software Strong familiarity with USPTO procedures and filings Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities Why Join Us You’ll be part of a collaborative team supporting high-quality patent prosecution work for U.S. and international clients.
