For the position of Associate Audit in Baner, Pune, with 1-3 years of experience, you should have qualifications such as CA Inter, CMA Inter, B.Com, M.Com, or similar. Your skills should include practical knowledge of GST, GST return filings, accounting, GST & TDS compliances, GST audits, and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Advance Excel, Word, and other relevant tools is required. Your responsibilities will include executing audits by conducting detailed examinations of financial records, reports, and systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards. You will be responsible for preparing comprehensive audit documentation, including workpapers and reports, to support audit findings and recommendations. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, identifying risks in financial processes, and collaborating with senior auditors and other departments for effective audit processes and improvements will be key aspects of your role.,
