About Outris: Outris is an AI-agent based orchestration platform that stitches APIs in real time for fraud, compliance, and risk. We’re working with banks, fintechs, and telecoms to cut integration cycles from months to minutes. Already at 500K+ API calls/month with strong revenue traction, we’re now looking to scale GTM. We do this on the back of some solid API's and data intelligence that our platform already provides to a majority of users. Responsibilities: Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, pitching, running pilots, and closing contracts with banks, fintechs, and telecoms. Work closely with the founders to shape GTM strategy, refine ICP, and develop sales playbooks. Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities across India/UK BFSI and fintech ecosystems. Develop relationships with risk, compliance, and fraud leaders — acting as a trusted advisor. Partner with Product/Tech to translate client pain points into feature needs and influence roadmap. Represent Outris at industry events, accelerators, and with investors as a commercial face of the company. Requirements: 6–10 years of B2B SaaS sales experience (fintech/regtech preferred). Strong track record of closing enterprise deals ($50K+ ACV). Deep understanding of compliance/fraud/risk workflows in BFSI or telecom. Comfortable in zero-to-one environments: can build their own pipeline, use founder warm intros, and operate without a big brand behind them. Excellent communicator, capable of running C-level conversations and simplifying technical concepts. Startup DNA: scrappy, resourceful, willing to roll up sleeves.
