About the Role SA-MUDRA FOUNDATION is looking for a proactive and people-oriented Outreach Associate to support our mental health and psychosocial outreach initiatives. This role involves building relationships with educational institutions and coordinating outreach programs that promote psychological wellness. Educational Qualification (Any one): BBA / MBA B.Com BA Journalism BA Psychology Mandatory Requirements: Two-wheeler rider with own vehicle Must reside within 10 km radius of the office Willingness to work offline / field-based Prior experience in telephonic communication and follow-ups Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Google Sheets, Email) Proficiency in English and Kannada (spoken & written) Key Responsibilities: Initiate contact with institutions, coordinate and schedule outreach workshops Support outreach planning and execution on-ground and maintain records, reports, and documentation. Coordinate internally with the SA-MUDRA team for smooth execution of outreach activities Skills Required: Strong interpersonal and communication skills Confidence in professional conversations and negotiations Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and Multi task Basic understanding or interest in mental health and social work organisations is an advantage Compensation: Fixed Salary: 15k+ 5k Variable per month
