Role & responsibilities Distribution Expansion: Identify and map new/vacant markets for distribution, Deploy sales supervisors for surveys and prepare actionable market-entry plans, Hire and train DDSM, ensure vehicle arrangements (EV preferred), and commence coverage, Personally visit new routes to ensure flawless execution. Sales & Efficiency Improvement: Achieve outlet and route-level sales targets (minimum 50 outlets per route, 500 SL per route/day). Monitor outlet visits, ensure adequate coverage, and remap high-potential outlets. Drive value-added and premium product sales across outlets. Cost & Rejection Control: Maintain product rejection levels below 3% by effective stock rotation and outlet management. Optimize costs through EV usage and reducing manpower redundancies. Monitor expenses to prevent leakages or overruns. Monitoring & Reporting: Review route performance daily using DSR and plan corrective actions. Ensure real-time usage of Recibo and order punching in Bizmart. Reconcile DDSM ledgers daily and share weekly reports. Conduct regular market visits to track competition, product display, and compliance. Outlet Supervision: Monitor stock health at outlets (PKD, range, display, and rotation). Prevent over-dumping, ensuring optimal stock movement as per outlet capacity. Preferred candidate profile Energetic, enthusiastic, and target-driven with strong leadership and people management skills. Ability to train, mentor, and manage sales teams (DDSM and Supervisors). Proficiency in sales tracking applications (Recibo, Bizmart, etc.) Strong administrative and monitoring capabilities.
